Co-Founder

I am a results-driven professional with over a decade of experience in conference production, sponsorship sales, and strategic business development, currently leading initiatives at Alliance Konnect. Based in Mumbai, I specialize in creating high-impact B2B conferences, leadership summits, and awards platforms that bring together industry leaders, decision-makers, and innovators.

Over the years, I have worked across diverse roles—from customer service to project management and business development—building a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement and revenue generation. My journey includes working with multiple organizations and eventually co-founding initiatives, giving me a deep understanding of the end-to-end event ecosystem.

I have been fortunate to collaborate with leading brands across industries, helping them connect, collaborate, and grow through curated networking platforms. My core strength lies in facilitating meaningful business interactions between enterprises, especially in highly competitive and evolving markets.

I strongly believe that relationships, persistence, and value creation are the foundation of successful partnerships—and I carry this philosophy into every project I lead.
